Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Subject of the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions regulate the sports services provided by Hoops and Dreams Academy to the Player, with the purpose of improving basketball skills, athletic performance, and overall sports development.
By submitting the Online Registration Form or making any payment, the Player confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All programs are delivered according to the Academy’s professional standards and basketball training methodology.
Article 2 – Program Fees & Payments
The Player/Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the program fees in the registration invoice.
Payment must be completed within 7 days after receiving the invoice.
For players under 18 years of age, their legal guardian is responsible for all payments.
All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement by the Academy.
Article 3 – Academy Obligations
The Academy commits to:
Provide professional training and a safe development environment
Deliver the program according to the agreed plan
Ensure qualified coaches and staff
Provide appropriate training facilities and equipment
Offer guidance for athletic and personal development
Assist the Player in case of injury if insurance is paid
Article 4 – Player Rights and Responsibilities
The Player has the right to:
Participate in structured basketball training tailored to ability
Expect the Academy to deliver all program components professionally
Receive support in athletic development
Request justified leave with Academy approval
Receive medical support for injuries occurring during training (if insured)
The Player is obligated to:
Pay the full program price as stated in Article 2
Respect the Academy’s rules, coaches, and fellow players
Follow the training plan and daily schedule
Maintain good physical condition
Participate in all required practices and games
Avoid alcohol, drugs, and other prohibited substances
Respect curfew and safety rules
Act professionally at all times
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate dismissal without refund.
Article 5 – Academy Rights
Hoops and Dreams Academy reserves the right to:
Dismiss a Player for unprofessional behavior, drug/alcohol use, violence, or repeated rule violations without refund
Keep the full program fee in cases of unjustified withdrawal
Modify training schedules, facilities, accommodation, or program structure if needed
Adjust program start dates when beneficial for training purposes
Request compensation for any property damage caused by the Player
Refuse participation to Players who have not completed full payment before the program starts
The Academy does not cover personal expenses unrelated to the program.
Article 6 – Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to Players who have fully paid their program fee before the official start date.
Refunds are not granted for:
Partial payments or deposits
Voluntary withdrawal
Personal issues or dissatisfaction
Missed practices
Travel issues not caused by the Academy
Refunds may be granted only if:
The Academy cancels the program before its start
A written refund request is submitted before the start date and approved
Approved refunds will be processed within 45 business days.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics, etc.) do not obligate the Academy to issue refunds.
Article 7 – Jurisdiction
All legal matters related to these Terms and Conditions fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the country where Hoops and Dreams Academy is officially registered.
Article 8 – Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the Online Registration Form, making payment, or participating in any Academy activity, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
